Casanova is always looking to expand our team. We take pride in the family-type atmosphere that we maintain behind the scenes. We have employees that have been working here for over 30 years and are now starting to see second-generation staff members. Casanova offers room for growth within the hospitality field, by providing access to a number of different beneficial resources. It is extremely common for a server to begin their journey as a sommelier here due to our world-class wine cellar and exceptional wine program. Cooks, sous chefs, and interns are given the opportunity to work in a true "farm to table" atmosphere through our partnership with the MEarth Habitat at Carmel Middle school and furthermore, understand what Casanova stands for in our local community.
