Casanova is always looking to expand our team. We take pride in the family type atmosphere that we maintain behind the scenes. We have employees that have been working here for over 30 years and are now starting to see second generation staff members. Casanova offeres room for growth within the hospitality field, by providing access to a number of different beneficial resources. It is extremely common for a server to begin their journey as a sommilier here due to our world class wine cellar and exceptional wine program. Cooks, sous chefs, and interns are given the oppertunity to work in a true "farm to table" atmosphere through our partership with the MEarth Habitat at Carmel Middle school and futhermore, understand what Casanova stands for in our local community.
